West Portland Town Center Stormwater System Plan Walking Tour

Join the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) and the Southwest Corridor Equity Coalition (SWEC) on Saturday, May 17th for a walking tour of the West Portland Town Center (WPTC). We’re developing a new stormwater management plan for the area, and we want to hear from you!

Whether you've experienced flooding, noticed areas that handle stormwater well, or have ideas for improvement, your input is crucial. This tour will explore these issues, highlight successful stormwater management, and discuss ways to enhance our community’s resilience.

If you live near the West Portland Town Center and identify as Black, Indigenous, a Person of Color, an immigrant, and refugee, —we invite you to join the walk and share your experience. Your voice is essential in shaping this plan!
